so i did it ….
i finished making my nieces 50 plus cupcakes for her birthday tomorrow. half of them pink and the other half purple. i dont think they turned out okay looking but then again im really hard on myself when it doesnt come out the way i pictured it ! and it makes me realize that i need a lot of work with my cake decorating. although it was just a star tip and it was a basic swirl i did not like how it looked. this is why i stick to cookies. but hey its something for me to work towards since i like baking. the only opinion that matters is my nieces so well see what she thinks tomorrow when she sees them. ill take pics of the cupcakes to see you how bad i think they look. it was fun. now im tired, high slightly buzzed and ready for bed. till tomorrow boys and girls.
i have to go in on my day off :| overtime hours are always great but i wont get to sleep in till the day after christmas. so so far away!

so my nieces birthday party is coming up here soon. dec 19th to be exact. and i need to make cupcakes for her. she wants pink and purple cupcakes. better then a cake cause its already portion controlled and cupcakes are happy baby cakes ready to spread joy !! so this is what im gonna try to get them to look like. i would say that i have to make ohhh roughly make oh i wanna say 50 or so. and i dont like store bought frosting but i do like that cool whip frosting that they put on cakes from the grocery store so i found a recipe and well have to see how it turns out.
